The History of Our Septic Service Company

    Rick is the epitome of service. We called him some time ago to check out a clogged drain to our septic as we thought the tank needed pumping. He came out and cleared out the lines for us and told us our septic tank was fine and didn't need pumping yet. He also showed us where some roots were coming in and told us what to do to fix it. He did not even charge us at that time. Of course when we finally needed it pumped , we called him and he took care of us, he is as good as they get and he has a great sense of humor and is very professional. We highly recommend him. He is really in to his work. In the old days back in the 70s, I remember him sticking his hands and arms up to his elbows into our tank without gloves. His business card used to say "Your **** is my bread and butter." He wears gloves now but still has a sense of humor and does great work.

    Rick Ricca, the Septic Whisperer is amazing. He showed up in a beautifully restored antique fire truck to inspect our tanks. As part of the inspection, he was able to unclog 20 years of grime in a blocked sink, and propose a clever, noninvasive solution to a failing tank. The next time I called him, for routine maintenance, he fixed the system for less than what it would have cost to pump it. I'm trying not to count on miracles from Rick, but we need him again now, for a terrible root problem. I can't help gleefully looking forward to him making it vanish in a twinkling by some unexpected magic.
